The winners of the first SAP HANA Innovation Awards were announced on June 3 at SAPPHIRE.
We are very proud to share with you that two of the winners are from the Utilities industry:
- CenterPoint Energ is the winner in the Big Data Innovator category for their project on energy load forecasting.
CenterPoint Energy (CPN) serves energy needs of over five million residential and business customers throughout the eastern half of the U.S of which 2.2 million have digital smart meters.

- Alliander achieved the third place award in the same category for their projects on sensor data analytics and asset data completion.
