The Q2/2015 delivery of SAP HANA Live for Utilities, edition for SAP CRM, provides the new Query for Utilities Interaction Record as well as new KPIs forthe Query for Utilities Contract.
Using the Query for Utilities Interaction Record, business users can now gain insight into interaction records and find answers to the following questions:
- How many interaction records were created in the specified time period?
- How many interaction records were related to Utilities contracts, quotations, meter reading documents, invoices, and so on?
- How many interaction records were handled by a specific call center agent?
- How many interaction records had longer than usual processing times?
The new Query for Utilities Interaction Record provides business users information for the following KPIs:
- Number Of Interaction Records
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Contracts
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Quotations
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Service Orders
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Service Notifications
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Disconnection Documents
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Meter Readings
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Clarification Cases
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Invoices
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Premises
- Number Of Interaction Records Related To Business Agreements
Also, the following KPIs have been introduced as part of the Query for Utilities Contract:
- Number Of Contracts Waiting For Start Of Supply
- Number Of Contracts Waiting For End Of Supply
- Number Of Contracts With Start Of Supply Rejected
- Number Of Contracts With End Of Supply Rejected
Also in Q2/2015, additional key figures and attributes were added to the Query for Utilities Contract and Query forUtilities Quotation to support deregulated and B2B market requirements.
